All these Terms and Conditions mentioned below(“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Blue Star Kitchen Care Organisation (“we”, “our”, “us”), are an independent third-party hob cooktop and gas stove repair service provider, operating in India East Delhi. By booking, requesting, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Condition.

We are not Certified nor holding any authorisation from any brand company. We are years of experience professionals for all leading brands of kitchen appliance repairs & service providers, such as Hob cooktop, gas stove & chimney. Based on our professionalism, we are using an online advertising tool called as “Google Ads” to promote our service in large areas

1. We provide inspection, Cleaning, repair, maintenance, installation/ uninstallation, and re‑installation services & more for hob cooktops and gas stoves.
2. Our services are offered for multiple brands as an independent service provider and our services are not covered under any brand company warranties unless explicitly stated.
3. Service requests can be made via toll-free phone call or by submitting a form which is in our website.
4. An inspection or diagnosis(visiting charge)fee Rs 250 may apply and final any major repair costs are informed only after physical inspection of the appliance, and further any additional work beyond the initial scope will be performed only after the customer’s approval
5. All service charges are made transparently before commencing repair work.
6. Charges may vary depending on appliance model, fault type, spare parts, and labour involved to it.
7. Payments must be made immediately after service. Blue Star Kitchen Care provides a written and online GST bill.
8. We accept cash, online payments, or other approved payment methods.
9. Spare parts used may be original, compatible, or refurbished, depending on the availability of the product and customer consent.
10. Replaced parts remain our property unless otherwise requested by the customer.
11. We do not guarantee manufacturer warranty on spare parts unless explicitly mentioned. But We provide full on 3 months- 1 year warranty on our service.(Note: No warranty for Stove Glass)
12. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage of parts & service will be clearly mentioned in written & online bill.
13. We follow standard safety procedures during service.
14. We are not responsible for pre‑existing faults, hidden defects, or issues arising from old or poorly maintained stoves.

Customer Responsibilities:

1. Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the appliance at the service location.
2. Accurate information regarding your faulty appliance issues must be provided during booking.
3. Gas supply, power connections, and surrounding conditions should comply with safety standards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

1. Customers can cancel or reschedule service appointments with prior notice before visiting your place.
2. after visiting if you cancel a service, a sum of fixed visiting charges or inspection charge is to be paid to the company

Refusal of our Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
* The hob or gas stove is unsafe to repair or service
* Customer behaviour is abusive or uncooperative with the technician
* If Payment terms are not agreed upon

All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective brand owners and are used solely for identification. Our services are provided independently and do not indicate any official association or authorisation.
